They are fit for use inside or outside* in Commercial, Domestic, Industrial, Residential & Retail environments (examples).

* Whilst our single door series are IP66 rated and finished with a UV hardened Grey powder coat for protection against direct sunlight, rain canopies are manufacturer recommended for fully exposed to water / rain environments.

ITEM FEATURES @ A GLANCE

	1.5mm Body and Door fully welded with folded front profile.
	Wall mounting holes provision for in the rear body section
	Enclosure supplied with gland plate (s).
	RAL 7035 UV Hardened Light Grey as standard, select models available in RAL 2008 Orange.
	Enclosure supplied with gland plate (s). (shown @ top in image).
	Sealed hinge / accessory fixing points either side for swapping the door hingeing.
	Double bit lock insert as standard, can be replaced (see accessories).
	Single point locking 400H & below, 2 point locking 500 ~ 800, 3 Point locking for 1000H + & double door enclosures. (see also"K" below).
	2mm Internal mounting plate / gear tray.
	Fully foamed in PU Gasket that provides IP66 Protection.
	The door opening angle is 110⁰ as standard, they are fully reversible and mounted with concealed hinges, A door earthing stud is available.
	Pre-drilled support rails on door which additionally allow the fixing of door cross rails which can be used for component / wiring looms / cable management.

FIXING ACESSORIES FOR GN ENCLOSRES

	GNWB - Wall mounting brackets
	Used to wall mount the enclosure with an 11mm seperation
	Maximum vertical (or horizontal) load capacity of 490 kg
	Material: Galvanised steel

	Suits enclosures 300 ~ 800mm Wide

ACCESSORIES FOR THE TOP PANEL

	GNLEB - Lifting eye bolts
	Fitted with M12 nuts.
	Cannot be used in conjuction with a rain canopy

	GNRC - Rain canopies
	Used to minimize the effects of rain and air-born contaminants (detrtitus) on the PU seal at the top of the cabinet. The top of the enclosure is protected front, back and both sides.

	GNID - Inner door / hinged escutcheon
	Reversible hinges and 90⁰ opening.
	Min clearance = 58mm, max = (D-52 mm) to front door.
